Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport patients/residents to scheduled healthcare appointments
• Provide assistance with boarding, exiting, and securing wheelchairs or mobility devices
• Follow all healthcare safety protocols, including infection‑control guidelines
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete pre‑trip safety checks, and report any concerns
• Ensure accurate documentation of trips, mileage, and patient interactions
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to patients, families, and staff
