Government Relations & Compliance
- Manage all procedures with:
- MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)
- GDRFA / Immigration
- Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP)
- DED / Free Zones
- Dubai Municipality
- Dubai Chamber
- RTA, Police, Civil Defence, and other UAE authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration rules, and company licensing requirements
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on any changes affecting the business
Visa & Immigration Processing
- Process new employment visas, entry permits, Emirates ID, medical tests, biometrics, and residency stamping
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations, absconding procedures, and labor bans (where applicable)
- Maintain TRF, WPS compliance support, and job offer/contract submissions in MOHRE system
Licensing & Corporate Administration
- Coordinate issuance/renewal/amendments of trade licenses and establishment cards
- Handle company-related notarization, attestation, and legal translation needs
- Manage corporate services: Ejari, PO Box, Chamber of Commerce certificates, Dubai Customs registration, etc.
Document Control & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and expiries
- Prepare, type, and format official letters and applications when required
- Maintain employee visa & license renewal calendar and reports
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE PRO experience (Dubai preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP & Free Zone systems
- Proficiency in UAE government portals (TASHEEL, ICP, GDRFA smart services, e-channels, DubaiTrade, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
- Strong organisation, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
