Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and transfers in coordination with MOHRE and Immigration.
  • Handle company licenses, establishment cards, labor cards, and other regulatory documents.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Civil Defense, and other government authorities.
  • Monitor and report updates related to UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and MOHRE regulations.
  • Support employee onboarding by facilitating visa procedures, medical tests, and Emirates ID processing.
  • Arrange emergency transportation for employees when required (pick-up and drop-off services).
  • Handle WPS salary file submissions and deposit employee salaries through banks or Al Ansari Exchange as instructed by HR and Accounts.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Branch Managers for document processing, employee support, and payment-related tasks.
  • Attend internal meetings to provide updates and receive operational instructions.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must hold a Degree in any discipline.
  • The candidate must have Arabic language knowledge.
  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must possess a valid UAE Driving Licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
