Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and transfers in coordination with MOHRE and Immigration.
- Handle company licenses, establishment cards, labor cards, and other regulatory documents.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Civil Defense, and other government authorities.
- Monitor and report updates related to UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and MOHRE regulations.
- Support employee onboarding by facilitating visa procedures, medical tests, and Emirates ID processing.
- Arrange emergency transportation for employees when required (pick-up and drop-off services).
- Handle WPS salary file submissions and deposit employee salaries through banks or Al Ansari Exchange as instructed by HR and Accounts.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Branch Managers for document processing, employee support, and payment-related tasks.
- Attend internal meetings to provide updates and receive operational instructions.
Requirements:
- The candidate must hold a Degree in any discipline.
- The candidate must have Arabic language knowledge.
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must possess a valid UAE Driving Licence.
