Job Title:

PRO (Public Relations Officer)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PRO to manage all government-related affairs and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling government procedures and documentation, with expertise in dealing with various government departments and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all government work, including MOHRE, e-channel, MOHRE, DED, Tamm, and other relevant departments.

- Manage and process all official documentation, forms, and permits efficiently.

- Maintain and organize employee files and records.

- Facilitate employee visa, work permit, and licensing processes.

- Coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

- Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes.

- Manage Tamm and other related government services.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

- Salary discussions to be held during the interview.

Qualifications:

- More than 3 years of proven experience as a PRO or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of government procedures, e-channel, MOHRE, DED, and Tamm.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of employee files management and documentation.
