JOB SUMMARY

WE ARE LOOKING PRO CUM CORPORATE SALES PROFESSIONAL AT ERNAKULAM

The PRO cum Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for representing the organization to the public and corporate clients while driving large-volume sales and service orders. The role involves conducting awareness and information sessions for the public to update them about the organization’s products, services, and initiatives. Simultaneously, the position focuses on developing corporate relationships and converting bulk sales and mass service contracts. The executive plays a key role in strengthening brand image, expanding market reach, and achieving organizational revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PRO) Responsibilities:-

1.Conduct public awareness and information sessions to educate and update the public.

2.Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and outreach programs.

3.Build and maintain positive relationships with the public, institutions, and stakeholders.

4.Address public inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

5.Support branding, promotional, and communication activities.

Corporate Sales Responsibilities:-

1.Identify and approach corporate, institutional, and bulk customers.

2.Convert mass sales opportunities and secure large-volume service orders.

3.Present products and services through meetings, demos, and proposals.

4.Negotiate terms and finalize corporate sales and service agreements.

5.Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients for repeat business.

6.Customer feedback and implement strategies for store improvement .

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

Number of public sessions conducted and audience reach.

Conversion rate from public engagement to leads or enquiries.

Value and volume of mass sales and service orders closed.

Number of new corporate accounts acquired.

Client retention and repeat business rate.

Achievement of assigned sales and outreach targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
