PRO cum HR Executive

Job Title: PRO cum HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced PRO cum HR Executive to manage all government-related processes and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, visa processing, labor complaints handling, absconding cases, and employee documentation. The role also requires coordination with internal departments and government authorities to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Responsibilities

  • Handle all visa processing activities including employment visas, cancellations, renewals, status changes, medicals, Emirates ID, labor contracts, and labor card processing.
  • Coordinate with relevant UAE government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, DHA, Municipality, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Manage labor complaints, legal notices, and employee disputes in coordination with management and legal representatives.
  • Process and follow up on absconding cases, labor bans, fines, and related legal formalities.
  • Maintain proper records of employee visa status, expiry dates, passports, and government documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, establishment cards, immigration files, and other company-related documents.
  • Prepare and submit official applications, letters, and government documentation as required.
  • Stay updated with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government regulations.

HR Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and attendance records.
  • Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and onboarding formalities.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee database updates.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in PRO and HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
  • Experience in handling labor complaints, absconding cases, and government portals.
  • Familiarity with MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, and related online systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
