PRO cum Maintenance Driver

As PRO:

Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.

Monitor and renew employee residence’ permits

Obtain fresh work permits for employees' dependents

Assist with the renewal of dependents' residence permits.

Provide assistance in canceling employee and dependent visas and follow up on the process.

Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee or next to kin

Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.

Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE, govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.

Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures.

Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.

The position holder must be up to date on information and papers due to the government's constantly changing laws and regulations. In certain cases, tasks may also need to be completed quickly and effectively.

As Property Maintenance Driver

Safely transport maintenance staff to residential or commercial properties.

Deliver tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.

Knowledge of basic property maintenance and repair tasks

Assists potential tenant in viewing the vacant properties.

Can manage their time wisely and well known with UAE locations

Neat and smart appearance, customer friendly and intellectual individual with desire to exceed expectations

Performed vehicle maintenance such as refueling, oil changing, and other minor task.

Waited patiently in all situations, consistently flexible and even-tempered

Good in verbal and written communication skills

Assured that the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and is cleaned regularly and In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance is applied

Should be hardworking, honest and response

Proactive and take the initiatives

30-40 years old

Should have experience in driving both Manual & Automatic car

Must have a valid UAE driving license

Can join immediately

Salary will be discussed upon job interview
