Job Title: Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) – Hospital

Job Purpose:

To identify potential patients, build strong relationships, and generate patient referrals and business for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential patients, referral sources, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and community groups
• Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors
• Coordinate patient inquiries, appointments, and admissions
• Follow up with patients and referral partners to ensure satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition targets
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activity
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, marketing, or healthcare relationship experience preferred
• Ability to build trust and close leads
• Basic knowledge of hospital services and processes
• Willingness to travel locally
• Performance Metrics:
• Number of leads generated
• Patient conversions/admissions
• Referral partner growth
• Revenue contribution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
