Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arabic and English-speaking PRO – Legal & Compliance Executive with strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulatory procedures, and government coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing legal, compliance, and operational matters with Dubai Police, RTA, courts, public prosecution, and other UAE authorities.

Candidates with prior experience in the car rental, ride-hailing, mobility, transport, or automotive sectors will be highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

● Handle and coordinate cases, fines, disputes, regulatory, legal and compliance matters with Dubai Police, RTA, courts, and relevant UAE authorities

● Manage PRO activities including government documentation, permits, approvals, licensing, renewals, and legal submissions

● Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies

● Liaise with external legal advisors, government entities, and regulatory bodies

● Support investigations, case follow-ups, legal documentation, and compliance reporting

● Monitor regulatory updates and advise internal stakeholders on compliance implications

● Maintain accurate records of legal cases, permits, fines, and official documentation

● Coordinate on vehicle, driver, fleet, and operational compliance matters where required

● Support risk mitigation and resolution of compliance-related operational issues

● Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments

● Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation standards

● Assist in implementing company compliance policies and legal procedures

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field

● Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in PRO, legal compliance, government relations, or regulatory coordination roles

● Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory

● Strong understanding of UAE labor law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance procedures

● Proven experience dealing with Dubai Police, RTA, courts, public prosecution, and government portals/entities

● Prior experience in car rental, ride-hailing, mobility tech, transport, logistics, or automotive industry preferred

● Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

● Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters professionally

● UAE driving license preferred
