PRO - Logistics & Customs Operations

Orient Freight Solutions (OFS) is hiring a PRO with experience in the logistics and freight forwarding field. The candidate will be responsible for handling government inspections and coordinating with Customs and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Dubai Municipality (DM) inspections.
• Coordinate Customs inspections.
• Manage Ministry inspections when required.
• Collect and submit original documents to Customs and government authorities.
• Follow up on approvals, releases, and inspection results.
• Coordinate with ports, airports, and free zones.
• Support customs clearance and logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of DM, Customs, and Ministry procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Ability to handle original documents responsibly.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai ports and airports is a plus.
