Pro Shop Attendant/ Bartender

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, serve food and beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Whether assisting with retail sales or serving drinks at the bar, your enthusiasm will drive guest satisfaction and contribute to a vibrant community hub.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with safety standards and company policies, including brewing specialty beverages when applicable.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, merchandise, or venue amenities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, retail shop, and dining space in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and conducting basic math calculations for ordering needs.
• Assist in pulling carts in and out of the cart barn, when needed.
• Clean and stock pro-shop

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while multitasking across duties such as serving, cashiering, and bartending.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
