Role Overview

We are offering a high-performance internship opportunity for the role of:

PRO & Visa Processing Executive (Typist + Sales)

This role combines:
✔ Government transaction handling
✔ Visa & immigration processing
✔ Outdoor marketing & client acquisition
✔ Indoor telesales & deal closing

✔ Early exit may involve compensation up to AED 15,000 (as per UAE Labour Law & company policy)

Compensation Structure (Performance-Based Only)

Strictly Target-Based – No Fixed Salary Guarantee

• Salary = 10% of Net Profit Generated
• Example:
• AED 4,000 salary = AED 40,000 net profit/month
• Expected Performance:
• Minimum AED 50,000 – AED 100,000 net profit/month
• Equivalent to 20–40 successful deals/month

No Sales = No Payment

This role is ONLY for candidates confident in achieving sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for experienced professionals only, preferably with:

✔ Background in immigration / visa / PRO services
✔ Experience in target-based sales roles
✔ Proven record of:

• 20–40 deals per month
• AED 50K–100K net profit generation

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE portals:

• AMER / Tasheel / MOHRE / ICP / GDRFA

Internship Terms

Duration: 6 Months (Performance-Based Evaluation)

• No company visa provided during internship
• Candidates must have valid UAE residence visa
• Permanent role considered after 6 months performance review
