The PRO/Admin is responsible for managing government relations, employee documentation, and administrative support. This role ensures compliance with local labor laws, smooth handling of official paperwork, and efficient office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations (PRO) Duties
- Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers for employees.
- Liaise with government authorities (Labor Department, Immigration, Municipality, etc.).
- Ensure company compliance with local labor and immigration regulations.
- Maintain updated records of employee legal documents (passports, IDs, work permits).
- Assist employees with official requirements (medical tests, ID renewals, etc.).
- Represent the company in official matters with ministries and government offices.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Organize and maintain company records and filing systems.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees (contracts, documentation).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Provide general support to management and staff.
