We’re seeking a Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal who shares our values of care, precision, and partnership with both clients and colleagues.

What You’ll Do
As part of our close-knit legal team, you’ll:

  • Support attorneys throughout the probate process from intake to closing with compassion and attention to detail
  • Draft, organize, and prepare probate filings, petitions, correspondence, and related documents
  • Maintain detailed case files, track court deadlines, and coordinate filings with probate courts
  • Serve as a thoughtful point of contact for clients, court staff, and fiduciaries
  • Help manage deadlines, calendars, and client communications with professionalism and clarity

What We’re Looking For
You’re a great fit if you:

  • Bring paralegal experience, especially in probate, estate administration, or related estate planning work
  • Demonstrate strong legal writing, organization, and analytical skills
  • Communicate with compassion and clarity — especially when supporting clients through emotional matters
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and technology that help keep cases moving smoothly
  • Thrive in an environment that values responsiveness and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate or relevant legal degree
  • Experience with probate procedures in Horry and Georgetown counties
  • Ability to handle multiple files and deadlines with accuracy
  • Previous client-facing experience
