$85,000+ yearly DOE + Commission

• Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents.
• Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.

We are seeking:

• A dependable, licensed attorney with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
• Someone who delivers outstanding client care and communicates clearly and professionally.

• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with both in-office and remote flexibility.

Compensation & Growth:

Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure.

We are a small Christian-based law firm that enjoys helping clients with estate planning, probate, family law, and personal injury cases. We focus on providing good client care and assisting clients with an understanding of their cases and legal options. We have a professional work environment, but are also relaxed. We have a flexible work schedule with in-office and work-from-home options.
