Probate Paralegal

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Probate Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in handling complex probate cases. The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting attorneys in probate disputes, estate administration, and trust litigation. As a member of our dynamic legal team, you will play an integral role in managing case files, preparing legal documents, and assisting in all aspects of probate litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all phases of probate litigation, including contested wills, trusts, and estate disputes.
• Draft and file probate pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and deposition notices.
• Manage and organize case files, including maintaining records, legal correspondence, and evidence.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in trial preparation.
• File documents with the court and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Maintain compliance with probate court rules and regulations.
• Litigation Calendaring

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a civil litigation or probate litigation paralegal
• Proven experience drafting and filing probate-related legal documents.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
• Salesforce is not required, but is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
