We are working with well-established advisory firm that is seeking a Probate & Wills Executive or Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful client matters, contribute to a collaborative culture, and develop your career with ongoing support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing client instructions across email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
• Drafting complex IHT returns, Wills, and LPAs
• Reviewing probate applications and associated documentation
• Liaising with clients and financial institutions
• Supporting regulatory reviews and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Probate, Wills, and Private Client work
• Strong communication skills and client empathy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training provided for in-house systems
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a valid driving licence
