Key Responsibilities

Conduct required training sessions for probationers.

Administer and monitor court-ordered drug testing.

Receive, record, and safeguard fees, fines, and restitution payments.

Maintain accurate case files, including attendance, training documentation, and test results.

Prepare reports and documentation for court personnel as needed.

Serve as a liaison with court staff and other probation departments, when applicable.

Greet probationers and provide guidance regarding program requirements.

Ensure participant compliance with probation program policies and court orders.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corrections Coordinator or Community Services Director.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.

Experience in misdemeanor probation required.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and regulations.

Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured at standard liability rates.

Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Technical Skills

Proficiency with computers, including data entry and basic office software.

Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and accurately track compliance.
