City of Durango’s Municipal Court is seeking a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to fill the role of Problem-Solving Court Liaison & Restorative Justice Coordinator.
In this role, you’ll serve as a bridge between the court, participants of the City’s Problem-Solving Court program, and service providers. Your responsibilities will include guiding participants through program requirements—such as attending court appearances, treatment sessions, and housing appointments—and helping participants access necessary resources. You’ll also facilitate Restorative Justice Processes for eligible clients,
promoting healing, accountability, and
meaningful connections within the community. Additionally, you’ll assist in securing and maintaining grant funding to support the success of the Problem-Solving Court program.
This is a temporary, grant-funded position with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week at $31.25 per hour.
