Process Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Optimization

• Assess and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps and future-state workflows to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

AS400/iSeries Expertise

• Apply deep knowledge of AS400/iSeries systems to analyze and enhance core business processes.
• Partner with AS400 development teams to design and implement automation and system enhancements.
• Recommend solutions that align AS400 applications with evolving business goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use data-driven insights to measure process performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and integration solutions to improve visibility into AS400 operations.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Deliver training and support to teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of process changes.
• Communicate effectively with business leaders and technical teams to ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on expertise in AS400/iSeries systems and related business applications.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and SOP development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹213,723.85 - ₹726,526.64 per year
