Process Analyst and Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Define and implement relevant KPIs.
• Develop clear, detailed process maps and documentation using standard BPMN methodology.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation or enhancement.
• prepare As-Is / To-Be workflows, escalation paths, and automation-ready process designs.
• Design As-Is vs To-Be workflows, facilitated Kaizen workshops, and documented decision logic, exception handling, and future-state flows for automation and digital enablement
• Support enterprise process governance by standardizing SOPs, defining process controls, and embedding continuous improvement practices aligned with ISO 9001 Quality Management System principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate process improvements.
• Provide recommendations and support implementation planning for future-state processes.
• Deliver findings and recommendations in structured presentations and reports.
• Develop and execute initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency through service management best practices.
• Drive process excellence by identifying, developing, and implementing streamlined processes across the organization.
• Lead the Continuous Improvement function to embed a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop process in line with of ISO 9001, iso 14001, iso 27001, iso 45001, cyber security /GDPR and ESG/sustainability
• Lead auditor and experience in implementing iso 9001.

Skills:
A Post graduate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Aris etc).
• Process improvement and optimization- Data analysis and reporting- Project management- Change management- Process auditing/compliance/ISO auditor- Training and user support- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
