Process Analyst Intern

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in process, defining, standardizing, monitoring, and improving business processes across the organisation. The role ensures compliance with CMMI Level3 Standards and drive operation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive personality with strong learning agility and the ability to quickly grasp new process frameworks, tools, and organizational workflows (Handson like Draw.io, MS Visio etc).
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of all processes across all departments; strong proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Create and maintain process maps and workflow diagrams.
  • Manage and maintain the Process Asset Library (PAL).
  • Ensure document version control and governance compliance.
  • Support organizational process standardization initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor projects by tracking and analyzing metrics and conducting internal process audits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills with the ability to identify root causes beyond surface-level issues.
  • Preferred to understanding CMMI.
  • Preferred to have knowledge on Process Frameworks like 6 Sigma, Lean Management etc.


Qualification

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, BBM or related field
  • Accurate and timely metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Active contribution to process improvement initiatives(Problem Solving Skills).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Smart, quick learner with the ability to take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel as when needed.

Employee status and commitments

  • Permanent full-time position located at our Hyderabad office, with regular on-site visits to clients and vendor locations.
