Process Assurance Analyst

The Process Assurance Analyst plays a key role in evaluating and strengthening the internal risk and control environment within Connected Living. This includes assessing business processes, transactions, and applications; consulting with process owners; identifying risks and controls; and testing the effectiveness of controls. The Analyst also supports internal and external audits and facilitates remediation efforts. This is a remote opportunity.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job ?

Documentation and Testing of Controls

  • Collaborate with process owners to identify and document business processes and controls.

  • Advise on risk and control identification within processes.

  • Develop test plans and perform control testing to ensure design and operational effectiveness.

  • Evaluate control deficiencies and recommend enhancements.

  • Partner with management to define and monitor risk mitigation plans.

  • Maintain expertise in risk-based internal control standards.

  • Monitor and test compliance with internal control requirements (financial and non-financial).

Audit Facilitation

  • Support internal and external audits using established methodologies.

  • Coordinate audit resources and deliverables.

  • Ensure management action plans are defined for identified issues.

  • Facilitate remediation and retesting of controls.

  • Maintain accurate audit data and report issue progress.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with business leaders and managers.

  • Stay informed about industry, regulatory, and organizational changes that impact controls.

  • Apply active listening to understand business risks and respond effectively.

Departmental Development

  • Utilize departmental tools and methodologies to achieve team goals.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and Centers of Excellence.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through internal and external training.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Operations, Compliance, Finance, or related field; or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with business process documentation and control testing.

  • Six Sigma knowledge or certification.

  • Familiarity with MS Visio and SharePoint.
