We are currently seeking Process Coordinators who can work PST hours to join our team. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented team players with excellent communication skills.
Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator facilitates the review of commercial and/or medical materials/information for pharmaceutical/life sciences clients. Responsibilities include document trafficking, meeting facilitation, creation of electronic work orders and process management. Upon successful completion of on-boarding and training, the Process Coordinator roles and responsibilities are defined as follows.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process materials/information from job initiation to final review including all project tracking and documentation
- Provide document trafficking, data entry and other administrative tasks
- Support the client team(s) by creating electronic work orders through proprietary software
- Facilitate project logistics such as meetings, document submissions and conference calls
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of client SOPs and software
- Support the client content review platform (i.e. Veeva Vault)
- Identify process improvements and escalate internally
- Practice integrity, reliability, and confidentiality in all business transactions
- Project a positive company image at all times
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure success
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Competent in MS Office suite, Zoom (or similar) services, efficient in email and internet applications
- Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
- Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Proven oral and written skills required
- The ability to travel and work on-site
Employment Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant work experience, and
- Background check and drug screen.
