Process Cordinator in Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

• Production monitoring & coordination:
• Track daily production data using FMS and IMS.
• Ensure timely data entry and process adherence across departments.
• Coordinate between departments (production, QC, maintenance, stores, etc.) for smooth workflow.
• Data management & reporting:
• Maintain and update production and process logs using Google Sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze trends and flag deviations or bottlenecks.
• System management:
• Ensure accurate and real-time data logging in FMS and IMS.
• Liaise with the IT/automation team to troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Process improvement:
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with the production team to implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Compliance & documentation:
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and process documentation.
• Maintain updated documentation for audits and internal review.
