Process Development Engineer

We’re seeking a Process Development Engineer to lead process validation and development activities for new products and manufacturing technologies. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support process and equipment validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and develop Master Validation Plans for new processes or products.
• Create and review validation protocols, reports, and manufacturing documentation.
• Use Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical tools to optimize process performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield.
• Define gauges, tools, and test methods for new processes.
• Perform risk assessments (PFMEA) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Work with technologies like Laser Welding, Injection Molding, Vision Systems, Heat Bonding, and automated systems (PLC, servos, pneumatics, sensors).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related).
• 3–5 years of experience in process validation, process development, or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE, and risk management tools (PFMEA).
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance (QSR, ISO 13485).
