Process Engineer

Your responsibilities will be to:

Responsible for increasing efficiency and reliability of current assembly lines in coordination with maintenance and production teams.
Support to the Design Team for designing apparatus & fixtures of assembly lines.
Responsible for technical support and optimization of existing and upcoming programs and processes in terms of design, method, or process changes.
Error-proof activities (Poke-Yoke): Evaluates and implements corrective actions.
Develop manufacturing processes for new launches and existing lines.
Prepare Instructions & Documentations for production and APQP Progress: Work Instruction, Changeover Instruction, PFMEA, and Process Flow Chart.
Design of experiments to determine optimal parameters for operating the manufacturing line.
Frequently review line output to track process capability.
Continuous improvement/Kaizen activities.

Our requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field is required.
Must have 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry, preferably in production.
Must know mechanical fixture/apparatus.
Basic principles of pneumatics/hydraulics and automation.
Good command of the assembly process.
Good command of written and oral English.
A systematic approach to problems as a member of the team.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
