Hiring Multiple Improvement Engineers – Chemical Plant (Jubail, Saudi Arabia)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Improvement Engineers to support operational excellence, process optimisation, and plant performance enhancement across large-scale chemical units.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse plant performance and identify optimisation opportunities

• Lead RCFA investigations and implement corrective actions

• Improve throughput, yields, energy efficiency, and asset reliability

• Support plant troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop technical reports, KPIs, and improvement plans

• Ensure alignment with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)

• 10+ years in chemical/petrochemical plant operations or process improvement

• Strong experience in optimisation, reliability, and performance enhancement

• Solid understanding of plant operations and process safety

• Lean/Six Sigma experience is an advantage
