Process Engineer

Position Summary:
The Process Engineer drives operational excellence by leading process improvements, supporting new product initiatives, and enhancing manufacturing efficiency. This role focuses on optimizing processes to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase productivity while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for cost, quality, and efficiency gains
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment and workflows
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements
• Support new product launches and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain SOPs, safety standards, and quality documentation (including TS standards)
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions
• Contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Service performance goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team-oriented environment
• Must be local
• Must be Authorized to work.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
