Process Engineer

Salary: $90K-100K base + bonus (10% target / up to 20% stretch)

Key Responsibilities

• Improving plant efficiency, process control, and manufacturing reliability
• Leading trials and process optimization efforts
• Supporting troubleshooting and on‑call production needs
• Reducing variation and improving product quality
• Supporting engineering projects, equipment selection, and change management
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
• Participating in HAZOPs, PHAs, and MOCs

Ideal Candidate

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• (Strong early‑career engineers with solid internships will also be considered)
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, safety, and automation
• Someone who likes being visible on the floor and owning improvements end‑to‑end
• Currently authorized to work in the United States; employer is not sponsoring visas
