Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations at our private label food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and supporting new product commercialization while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Support new product launches and process validation.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Food, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
