Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of process engineers.
• Set clear priorities and align team goals with company strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, and SPC.
• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance quality, safety, cost, and efficiency.
• Standardize engineering processes, tools, and documentation for consistency and speed.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and implement sustainable improvements.
• Use financial data and ROI analysis to justify and evaluate technical projects.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.

Working Conditions

What You’ll Bring

• Required is a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related discipline. At least 5 years related experience (10 or more years is preferred) as well as at least 2 years management experience (5 or more years is preferred).
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency with data analysis and engineering tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, or CAD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
• Proven ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a technical team.
