We are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead and develop our engineering team while advancing the performance and reliability of our manufacturing processes. This position blends hands-on technical problem-solving with strategic leadership to ensure that engineering initiatives align with company goals and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate is both a technical expert and a coach who enjoys building systems, mentoring people, and driving improvement through collaboration and data-driven decision making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of process engineers.
- Set clear priorities and align team goals with company strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, and SPC.
- Lead cross-functional projects that enhance quality, safety, cost, and efficiency.
- Standardize engineering processes, tools, and documentation for consistency and speed.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Use financial data and ROI analysis to justify and evaluate technical projects.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and; vibration. The noise level in the environment is moderate.
- Required is a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related discipline. At least 5 years related experience (10 or more years is preferred) as well as at least 2 years management experience (5 or more years is preferred).
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with data analysis and engineering tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, or CAD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
