Process Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead process improvement, operational efficiency, and engineering initiatives across production or industrial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee process design, optimization, and technical teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-performing operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering activities, optimization projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and improve manufacturing, production, or operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to support production goals
• Oversee process documentation, technical standards, and engineering best practices
• Manage process-related budgets, project timelines, and resource planning
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in process engineering, industrial operations, or engineering leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial systems
• Experience with process simulation tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant engineering certifications are an advantage

Pay: RO3,600.000 per month
