POSITION: Process Engineering Manager
SALARY: QAR 40,000 per month

Fookin Engineering is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations, optimize industrial processes, and ensure efficient project execution within the company. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities and extensive experience in process engineering within industrial or oil and gas environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise process engineering activities and project operations
• Develop and improve production and operational processes for maximum efficiency
• Conduct technical analysis, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers, operations teams, and clients regarding engineering requirements
• Review engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and increase productivity
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and engineering performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial process systems and engineering standards
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects is an advantage
• Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and project management abilities
