We’re now looking for a Process Executive who can manage client accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms — someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about scaling brands digitally.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central accounts for multiple clients.
- Handle product listing creation, optimization, and pricing strategies.
- Manage catalog uploads, keyword optimization, and A+ content.
- Monitor daily orders, returns, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Resolve account health issues, policy violations, and seller support tickets.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative updates.
- Generate weekly & monthly performance reports for client review.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and category insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - BBA, BSc, BCom.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central accounts.
- Strong analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Knowledge of marketplace tools like Helium10, SellerApp, etc., is an added advantage.
