 Roles &amp; Responsibilities

 Bachelor's degree required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideally 5+ years of project management or quality assurance processes experience
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Excel - ability to analyze data for process improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates must have PROCESS or PERFORMANCE improvement experience as it relates to HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, ideally HOME HEALTHCARE - working with front line physicians and non-physician leaders, nurse, front line staff, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report and dashboard development
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting leadership and upper management - good communications skills
 </li>
