Role: Process Manager

Location: Mumbai

Exp Range: 5 - 10 Yrs


Must Have:


  • 5+ years of experience in handling teams (operations, deliveries, skills development, process improvements, recruitment, training, mentoring, contracts, budget estimations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; problem solving, decision making, analytics and articulation; presentation skills; attention to details
  • Adept in communicating and collaborating with both senior and junior resources
  • Good at motivating team members
  • Customer focused and result-driven
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to quickly devise, test and implement new tools, technologies and processes


Roles & Responsibility:


  • Planning delivery and strategizing to meet delivery quality standards and timelines
  • Manage and supervise daily production
  • Requirement gathering and effectively cascading daily work to the internal team
  • Data Management: Developing and maintaining dashboards and trackers to ensure availability of accurate and complete operational and governance data.
  • Management reporting: Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting of data on all pertinent parameters.
  • Presenting ideas/data/reports/issues on various platforms (calls, discussions, meetings, trainings, Learning and Sharing sessions, monthly status update calls, quarterly review meets, etc.)
  • Data driven decision-making at technical and operational levels for a smooth functioning of the team
  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders/functions
