Process Quality Section Manager

We are now looking for a Process Quality Section Manager who has the following qualifications to work in our Quality Control Department and report to Department Manager in our factory operating in Sakarya.

The ideal candidate should have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry departments,
• At least 7 years experienced in Quality area of corporate companies,
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems,
• Experience in laboratory management and analytical data interpretation,
• Proactive approach to quality culture, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities,
• Proficiency in using ERP programs (preferably Oracle),
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Excellent command of English,
• Having B type driving license and active driver,
• Resident or able to reside in Sakarya/İzmit.

This position will be carrying out…

• to perform pre-product quality control checks,
• to identify quality problems during production and coordinating preventive actions,
• to participate in improvement activities to increase product quality and production process efficiency,
• to research new control, testing, and analytical methods to increase the effectiveness of product controls and develop control plans,
• to ensure system control of all control results,
• to timely check that products and samples comply with the specified specifications,
• to monitor production processes to control and monitor that production is carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures,
• to create, track, and finalize necessary development projects to make production processes more efficient,
• to investigate problems in the process, production area, and laboratory, and determine actions,
• to report and take precautions when non-standard results occur,
• to ensure the collection of samples, which are the outputs of the processes, and deliver them to the product control unit,
• to monitor the shift schedules, train, and development of employees under their supervision,
• to manage the control processes of pre-inspection samples of semi-finished and finished products, report sample control results to the production and product quality control unit,
• to follow up on MSA, verification, calibration, and magnet control processes,
• to support process structuring, lean management, and process improvement efforts to ensure quality assurance and standardization.
