Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PSM Senior Engineer to lead process safety initiatives and ensure the effective implementation of safety management systems across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP studies.
• Develop and implement process safety strategies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and safety audits.
• Provide technical guidance on risk management and safety improvements.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and safety personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control Systems, Petroleum, Fire, or Loss Prevention).
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of international process safety standards.
• Proven experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
• Leadership and project coordination skills.
