Process Shift Incharge (Molding) _ HUB

Gatron (Industries) Limited, one of the leading manufacturing companies operating in Pakistan. We are recruiting Process Shift Incharge (Molding Department) for our plant based in Hub Chowki.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handing over / taking over charge of shift from out going shift In-charge, get complete information regarding plant activities and sign up log book.
• Depute Operators, packing staff and operators on plant and assign the jobs and take feed back.
• Ensure smooth production, operation of Molding machines, auxiliaries and ancillaries.
• Check the shift quality results of different machines, discuss with the higher authorities and to take corrective action if required.
• Calculate Color and Drop in weight
• Check Quality issues on machines and rectify.
• Check average weight of Preform / One complete shot / medium cartons.
• Check Carton Marking & Packing
• Check and sign Quality sheets
• Check SPC Trends of all machines and act accordingly.
• Check Daily House Keeping
• Coordination with maintenance , Instrumentation & electrical department for equipment cleaning / overhauling and maintenance.
• Write down each and every activity with time in shift log book.
• Sign up cold / routine work permits and follow the procedure according to work permit nature.
• Close the work permits after checking that the job has been completed and write down the remarks on work permit.
• Checking Jumbo scale weight variance format
• Sign contractor's staff attendance and email to time office

Requirements:

Qualification: DAE in Mechanical or related field.

Experience: 03 to 05 Years of relevant plant operations.

Note: Market competitive salary , Company Transportation and meal facility will be provided.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
