We are currently seeking an experienced Processing Department Supervisor to lead the efficient operation of our processing center. The Processing Department Supervisor will oversee daily workflows, manage staff, and ensure seamless coordination of all processing activities. This individual will drive productivity, uphold quality standards, and foster a positive environment where team members thrive. <Duties>
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of processing staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee inventory management, including equipment maintenance and replacement (as needed).
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to uphold high standards in all processing activities
- Review and manage all processing procedures for effective learning and development for Processing team
- Review DCCA submittals and update any changes regarding to managed properties (i.e. Board members, board members information, etc.)
- Manage and oversee all mass-mailouts especially during budget and annual meeting season
- Thoroughly review all digital and hard copy mass-mailouts to ensure efficiency and accuracy to submittal
- Oversee storage box inventory, records and invoices for accuracy for all company managed properties
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and foster a collaborative work environment
<Requirements>
- Proven management experience in an office environment with supervising responsibilities
- Excellent proofreading skills required
- Ability to thoroughly review/proofread large amounts of documents for frequent mass mailouts both digitally and hard copy
- Ability to learn and utilize various mailing equipment within the office, becoming the subject matter expert for training purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels within the company
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and product knowledge essential for business operation
- Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development to build a high-performing team
- Ability to confidently identify and manage vendor relationships effectively
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive workplace culture
