JOB SUMMARY:
The NOXX Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing daily cannabis processing operations and leading the processing team. This role ensures all products are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, operational discipline, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
HOURS:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
**Weekend work as necessary**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily processing activities, including trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling
- Supervise, train, and support Cannabis Processor staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality standards
- Ensure accurate weighing, logging, and reconciliation of all cannabis materials
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, internal SOPs, and inventory controls
- Conduct end-of-day inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary processing environment
- Safely coordinate transport of product from processing areas to storage
- Communicate operational needs, issues, and updates to leadership
- Support performance management and development of processing team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cannabis processing, manufacturing, food production, or a similar regulated environment
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce strict policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Works well in a team-oriented leadership role
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT:
- Regular use of hands, reaching, talking, hearing, and close vision
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles

Salary
