- Coil cutting, straightening, brushing, PVC coating, polishing and related services
- Delivery and collection of materials
- Arrange and follow up for production jobs (cutting lists, job orders, timelines) and ensure completion as per requirements.
- Liaise with local stockists, processors, and traders to support urgent or spot requirements when needed.
- Work closely with transporters and warehouse staff to ensure timely loading, offloading, and deliveries (coordination role).
4. Operations, Systems & Reporting
- Design and implement simple, robust processes for procurement, store and stock movement in a lean setup with the help of the reporting manager.

- Material in service centers vs in warehouse
- Purchase vs selling price overview and margin insights
- Coordinate with accounts to ensure alignment between physical stock and book inventory.
5. General Responsibilities
- Work closely with management on any new initiatives, tenders, or project-based stainless-steel requirements.
- Support the future transition from a lean setup to a more structured team, including documenting processes for handover when additional staff are hired.
Selection Expectation – Setup Plan
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare and present a brief implementation plan outlining how they would:
- Set up and organize the stainless-steel store and inventory structure
- Manage procurement from mills and local suppliers
