We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Procurement & Admin Officer to support our restaurant’s daily operations and manage all communication with external vendors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes: contacting suppliers, requesting quotations, comparing offers, and placing orders.
  • Coordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service providers, schedule visits, track contract timelines, and ensure services are completed on time.
  • Search and onboard new vendors and suppliers when required.
  • Handle all written and verbal communication with external companies, maintenance partners, and government authorities.
  • Manage necessary municipality, mall, and police permits/approvals for the restaurant.
  • Assist with recruitment: preparing job ads, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Head Chef, and Restaurant Manager.
  • Maintain organized documentation, reports, and follow-up lists.

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, documents).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Previous experience in administration or procurement is an advantage.

Work Conditions

  • Location: Dubai Mall
  • Schedule: 6 days/week
  • Hours: 8 hours/day
  • Flexible hybrid arrangement: certain days can be worked from home.
