We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Procurement & Admin Officer to support our restaurant’s daily operations and manage all communication with external vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes: contacting suppliers, requesting quotations, comparing offers, and placing orders.
- Coordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service providers, schedule visits, track contract timelines, and ensure services are completed on time.
- Search and onboard new vendors and suppliers when required.
- Handle all written and verbal communication with external companies, maintenance partners, and government authorities.
- Manage necessary municipality, mall, and police permits/approvals for the restaurant.
- Assist with recruitment: preparing job ads, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Head Chef, and Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, and follow-up lists.
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, documents).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Previous experience in administration or procurement is an advantage.
Work Conditions
- Location: Dubai Mall
- Schedule: 6 days/week
- Hours: 8 hours/day
- Flexible hybrid arrangement: certain days can be worked from home.
