Responsibilities:
Provide professional advisory support on procurement strategies, sourcing approaches, and
contracting models.
· Ensure procurement activities comply with approved procurement policies, procedures, and
delegation of authority.
· Review procurement requisitions, tender documents, commercial evaluations, and award
recommendations prior to approval.
· Support closure of internal and external audit observations related to procurement and
contracting activities.
· Advise internal stakeholders on procurement best practices, risk mitigation, and compliance
requirements.
· Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure contractual and
commercial alignment.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement governance, controls,
and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, contracts, or commercial roles.
