About the Role

Lone Star Systems Supply is seeking a motivated Procurement Agent to manage incoming materials from multiple vendors and ensure timely delivery to our various locations. This is an in-office position in San Antonio, TX, offering a fun, team-oriented work environment and great opportunities to grow.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate incoming materials from multiple vendors to several sites.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Communicate with vendors and site managers to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
  • Support purchasing and logistics operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, spreadsheets, reporting).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
