Procurement Analyst

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently looking for a competent individual having exposure in Procurement portfolio management of the MLC-Warehouse, Cold Chain & Depot for one of our clients in shipping line industry.

Location: Karachi-Sindh

Description:

- Participate in the process of Pre-qualification and onboarding of new vendors, transporters, and service providers- DocuSign and SAP ID creation works.

- Preparation of RFP/Annual Tender documents in Keelver as per the specifications & requirement of business.

- Develop segment wise vendor data base for each required category and coordinate with Ops Excellence team for the data integration for the targeted services, goods, rental services, operating lease & purpose-built site.

- Uploading and maintenance of transportation rates in Rate engine for each corridor and intimate the expiry of rates in the system for the user function.

- Vendor Performance evaluation of existing vendors and new vendors development.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar field with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices and processes.

- Working knowledge MS Office and Power BI.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
