We are currently seeking a Full-Time Procurement Analyst!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our multifamily team. In this role, you’ll leverage data and analytics to optimize purchasing strategies, improve vendor performance, and drive cost efficiencies across our portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports on spend analysis, supplier performance, and compliance.
  • Support vendor evaluations, pricing analysis, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement workflows.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Multifamily procurement
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools or SQL is a bonus.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Skilled at using logic and reasoning to analyze information and resolve data-related challenges.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros) and familiarity with database queries.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy in data entry, report creation, and audit preparation.
  • Strong commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Able to clearly present data findings to non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally.
  • Comfortable preparing reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for leadership.
  • Business & Procurement Acumen
  • Understands Procurement functions, best practices, and relevant labor laws.
  • Apply data insights to workforce planning, engagement, compensation, and compliance.
  • Initiative & Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve procurement reporting, analytics, and processes
  • Stays current on Procurement trends, and tools.

Work Environment:

This role is typically performed in a professional office setting with occasional opportunities for remote work, depending on company policy. Standard business hours apply, with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or project deliverables.

Compensation: Full- Time $80,000 to $120,000 per year
