We are seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst at our corporate offices located at 2540 N 1st Street, Suite 300, San Jose, CA 94085. The Procurement Analyst will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights, maintaining procurement data integrity, and supporting decision-making across sourcing, supplier management, and spend optimization. This role is ideal for a seasoned analytical professional who thrives on working with data, improving visibility into spend, and helping drive process discipline and performance improvement in a growing organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze procurement, supplier, and spend data from multiple internal systems, market sources, and vendor inputs.

Create and maintain dashboards and reports on procurement KPIs and metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, PO compliance, and contract coverage.

Produce both standard and ad-hoc analyses to support sourcing decisions and strategic initiatives.

Support strategic sourcing managers and leadership with data insights for negotiations, sourcing events, and cost modeling.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of procurement-related master data, including vendor records, item catalogs, pricing, and category hierarchies.

Ensure data consistency across systems (Procurement, ERP, and Finance).

Collaborate with IT and Finance to establish data governance standards and streamline master data workflows.

Act as a key user and data steward for procurement systems, including Coupa and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/MRP)

Support procurement system reporting, configuration, and user requests.

Assist in continuous improvement and automation of reporting and data management processes.

Support demand forecasting and planning processes, leveraging knowledge of SIOP/S&OP methodologies.

Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align procurement data with forecasting and inventory management activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data analysis tools.

Experience working with Procurement systems (Coupa preferred) and ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).

Familiarity with SIOP/S&OP processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting strongly preferred.

Highly curious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for uncovering insights through data.

Critical thinker with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Comfortable working in a loosely structured environment and helping build new processes.

Available to travel up to 10%.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or Data Analyst in a procurement or operations environment.

Industry experience in waste management, environmental services, or vehicle fleet management is highly desirable.
Physical Demands:

Ability to sit or stand at a desk in an office environment for 6-10 hours a day.
Language Skills:

Proficient in English (both verbally and in writing) is required
Work Environment:
The typical work week is Monday through Friday. On occasion, will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Ability to work in setting with frequent changes in equipment, start/end time, service city/town and routes based on the operational needs for the day and or week.
