Procurement Analyst – Supply Chain & Inventory (Mohali, Punjab)

About Us

We are a US-based retail company specializing in beer, craft beverages, and tobacco products with multiple store locations. We use advanced CGO (Computer Generated Ordering) and automated ordering systems to manage our inventory and are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Mohali, Punjab office. This Position is American time.

Position: Procurement Analyst

(Also known as: Procurement Executive, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, Buying Manager)

• Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)
• Work Hours: 4 PM - 1 AM (American Time) 9 Hour Shifts
• Work Week: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
• Joining Bonus: ₹25,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and replenishment using CGO/automated ordering systems.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts/overstocking.
• Make effective purchasing decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with vendors and US-based teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, expirations, and order cycles.
• Support retail operations with strategic buying and demand planning.

Qualifications

• MBA in Supply Chain/Operations/Business preferred.
• Experience with CGO or automated ordering systems is highly desirable.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
• Prior experience in retail procurement or inventory management is a plus.
• Must speak and write English fluently; proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
